Founded in 2018 by our Managing Director Ivar van der Stijl, Avannaa has established itself as a leading consultancy to the mining industry in the north of Sweden.
We are a team of 36 people, predominantly geoscientists and technicians, based in Kiruna and Gällivare. We are currently involved in more than 20 ongoing mining and exploration projects.

We endeavor to have a first meeting with a potential client according to the client's timeframe. From first contact we aim to have a project proposal within a week.
