During 2022 and 2023 we undertook a structural mapping project with the goal of identifying the major structures in the pit, their controls on the ore, and their implications for bench stability. The project consisted of two main parts; field mapping observations and laser scanning the pit walls. These extensive datasets have been combined with drillhole data so the major structures could be extrapolated, and a structural map and 3D model delivered to the client.
