Founded in 2018 by our Managing Director Ivar van der Stijl, Avannaa has established itself as a leading consultancy to the mining industry in the north of Sweden.
We are a team of approximately 35 people, predominantly geoscientists and technicians, based in Kiruna and Gällivare. We are currently involved in more than 20 ongoing mining and exploration projects.

We endeavor to have a first meeting with a potential client according to the client's timeframe. From first contact we aim to have a project proposal within a week.
